I believe effective training starts before the first workout.

Before we talk sets, reps, or programs, we talk vision, values and mindset. Because real, long-term change doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from understanding how your body and brain work together.

A Special Focus on Women’s Bodies

I do not believe in diets, extremes, or training styles that disrupt hormones or overload the nervous system – especially for women. Training should support your physiology, not fight it.

Somatic Work Meets Personal Training

A core element of my work is the integration of somatic principles into strength and movement training.

This means we don’t just train muscles, we train awareness.

Somatic work focuses on:

  • How your body experiences movement from the inside
  • Building safety and trust within the nervous system
  • Improving coordination, control and movement quality
  • Reducing chronic tension, stress patterns and injury risk


This approach is especially powerful if you’ve felt disconnected from your body, stuck in cycles of pushing and burning out, or unsure how to move with confidence. I’ll be expanding this work further with an upcoming qualification in Somatic Experiencing® International.

Data-Informed, Human-Led

I’m intuitive, but I also value data – because progress feels better when you can see it.

Depending on your goals, we may use:

  • Body composition scans (e.g. Evolt)
  • Classic body measurements
  • Movement assessments
  • Before and after photos
  • Regular check-ins and reflections
