In November 2026, Gemma Lou Yoga + House of Source invite you to join us in Byron Bay for five days of deep nourishment, movement and reconnection.
This retreat is designed to bring you back into flow with your body and energy through yoga, breathwork, ritual and mindful rest. All held on 30 acres of tranquil, organic sanctuary just moments from the ocean.
Together, we’ll move, breathe, reflect and reset. From sunrise meditations on the beach to slow flow, yin, cacao ceremony and alignment workshops, every moment is created with intention. This retreat is your space to soften, strengthen and return to yourself – supported by nature, community and grounded guidance.

I’m Denise, a Group Class Coach, Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher, with many years of personal experience in weightlifting, alignment and functional movement.
I keep things practical and personalised, and blend strength, science and intuition in a way that transforms not just your body but also your mindset.
This isn’t about chasing aesthetics or quick fixes, it’s about building a body that carries you through life with power, mobility, resilience and longevity.

I’m Denise, a certified 200h Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of personal practice, alongside a long background in strength training and functional movement. My classes are rooted in alignment, breath and intentional sequencing.
Expect a balance of strong, grounding flows and slower, deeper sessions like yin, designed to support mobility, nervous-system regulation and long-term joint health.
This isn’t yoga for performance or perfection. It’s a sustainable practice that supports how you move, train, and live: now and for years to come.
